Online MSC in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia
The University of Edinburgh is offering this unique opportunity for an entirely online MSc to study anaesthesia and analgesia in animals, during which students can gain knowledge and understanding in the equipment, drugs and techniques associated with anaesthesia and analgesia.
Specific challenges for different species groups during anaesthesia are addressed in the programme. The team can provide a wide range of clinical and research experience across many species. The course is now led by Dr Juliet Duncan (DipECVAA MSc PhD BVM&S MRCVS) and is available to Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and Animals Technicians. The course offers the opportunity to study for a postgraduate certificate, diploma or a master’s degree.
Studying online is a convenient method of learning where you can study at a time and location that fits in with your personal and work commitments. There is also the added benefit of being in an online community where interaction with other students and tutors is part of the learning process in a supportive learning environment.
