Burnout survey (diplomates only)
We invite you to take part in what we hope will be the largest investigation of burnout among Veterinary Anaesthesia Diplomates (ECVAA and ACVAA).
In order to gain the most accurate results, we would urge all veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia Diplomates, (from both colleges: ACVAA & ECVAA), to participate.
The survey questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, after which you will be able to download your personal report.
The survey is NOT A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL, but your individualised report may help you to identify possible drivers of burnout within your own circumstances, and may offer suggestions of how to help mitigate their effects.
Mind Garden® has helped us design the survey using both the Maslach Burnout Inventory and its companion, the Areas of Worklife Survey.
These tools, when used together, particularly across the caring professions, provide a globally-recognised, scientific measure of burnout, with identification of some of its causative factors.
All information collected from the survey will remain completely confidential: answers cannot be linked back to any individual participant. Your personalised report will be available only to you.
Please read the Participant Information before you access and answer the questions.
Once you have read the information, please sign the consent form to participate.
At the completion of the survey, and before closing the browser, DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL HYPERLINK from where ONLY YOU can download your ‘Individual report’.
Once you have closed the browser you will no longer be able to access your individual report.
Many thanks in advance
