British College of Veterinary Specialists publishes guidelines for rotating internships

Training and mentoring recent graduates is an important responsibility for all veterinary surgeons, but given that increasing numbers of graduates  are choosing to begin their careers in rotating internships, BCVSp recently consulted its members on their views and recommendations for best practice in establishing and monitoring these programmes.
